This is a breathtaking luxury Penthouse condo with 3 bedrooms located on the top floor with marble floors and beautiful crystal chandeliers! The balcony is 38 ft long with a swing and table that sits 6 and the best spot to watch the most amazing sunsets. This is perfect for a large family! There is 2 large pools as well as a kiddy pool and hot tub. There is a gym and billiard room on the bottom floor. This is a very family friendly condominium. During the summer they have activities and karaoke. There is a Dollar General across the street and a package store. A public boat ramp is located just a few blocks north of the property. There is a$20 per car parking fee.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the balcony was large enough that each of us could almost have our own space. Beds were comfortable. One thing left out of the amazing description of the unit, is the deep bathtub in the master bath, and a sun room off of the master with beach views. If you are thinking about vacationing here- do it. You won’t regret it. The host was quick to help with an address issue that I was at fault about.

Pictures do not do it justice, it is a gorgeous unit! It is an older hotel, but the penthouse condo was updated and so beautiful! Communication with our host was phenomenal, they were amazing and very quick to respond!

Went for 4th of July family vacation and it was perfect. Exceeded all expectations! Perfect spot to see fireworks. Host replied quick and helped with any questions we had.

Everything you need and more! You could see fireworks for miles down the coast from the balcony! Loved every second of the trip!
