The location is really great with regards to proximity to the beach. The house was spotless and comfortable. We could walk to the pool if we wanted, but we spent all our time at the beach. One note - Make sure you bring trash bags and detergent and toilet paper and shampoo etc because they give you enough to last about 2 days, which is a little frustrating.

House was clean and beautiful. Lots of room for everybody. Loved the little pizza store and my kids loved the ice cream place. The beach access was convenient and never seemed busy. One day there was live music in the courtyard which was really nice! We had friends staying in the same neighborhood so it was fun to all be together. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants close by also. Quick drive to Mexico beach and about 35 min to the State Park.

Just what I expected. Great location. Easy rental. Would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very clean and updated. Kids loved the bunk beds and the golf cart. Neighborhood was quiet. Everyone was very friendly. Pool was close by and open from dawn to dusk. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Kids found a lot of seashells on the beach. There was a cute little candy store that had delicious ice cream as well.
