It is the first canal from open water and one of just a few flow-through canals providing excellent water quality. The canal is deep and wide. Expect to see lobsters, crabs and other sea life on your 80 ft. sea wall. You will be surrounded by million dollar homes and just a few minutes boat ride from open water in the Gulf and Atlantic.

Very nice spot, we really enjoyed the screened porch. The ramp helped me getting into the house versus the spiral staircase.
