As of May 2020: Brand new kitchen, 4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, and new flooring through most of home. Having a beach access point conveniently located across the street, this home is sure to please. We have used Island Realty for all our visits to IOP. This house did not disappoint! This home has everything you need. The beach chairs and wagon were definitely a bonus as we had a two year-old grandson and it made getting to the beach much easier.

This was our second year staying here! It never disappoints! Great location, home is warm and inviting, and plenty of space. We love this house for our annual girls trip!
