The property had a very welcoming feel to it, with the exception of the refrigerator location wedged in by the laundry closet. That was tight and awkward. We really enjoyed the balcony, as there was daily music/entertainment at a venue two buildings over. if you didn't want that, you could close the sliding door, and it was virtually soundproof

We enjoyed our stay so much. Perfect location! The beach is 2 blocks away, off sale and grocery store is in walking distance. They even have a free bus to take you anywhere on the island. We would definitely stay there again.

The place itself was 95% amazing and the location was great! I personally liked the separate guest sink area detached from the shower/toilet. The main reason for this lower rating is because the communication and failure to fix the issues. We first noticed the ceiling fan in the living room did not work and then subsequently saw the A/C vent in the guest bedroom was hanging down. We immediately contacted the hosts about those two issues. We were nervous the vent was going to fall completely off. The next morning, we were leaving for the day, and the electronic door lock malfunctioned. We literally could not lock or unlock the door from the outside.Before making the trip, we contacted the hosts to ask about what little things will/won’t be there. They explicitly stated there would be shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was none in the guest bathroom.We contacted the hosts after noticing all of these issues. They had someone come out to “fix” these problems, but all they did was come out to the property, and after attempting to resolve the problems, with no success, we were told that they were “going to tell the owner”. Note that this happened twice, when we first noticed the vent and ceiling fan, and then again with the lock. We had to wash most of the dishes that we used because they were really crusty. All of the pans were dirty and very messy. It looked like there was still food on one of them.
