Escambron Beach is a nice little beach 2 blocks from the building. Never super busy unless a holiday. Great for snorkeling, swimming as well as for kids as it is protected from large waves. However, surfers swim out for some great waves here at what is called La Ocho (there is a surf shop about a block away for board rentals).

Guest access
The building features 24-hour security, indoor parking (1 parking space included in the booking), 3 elevators, a business center, and a gym (temporarily closed).
Uber's are very accessible to and from the airport and to and from pretty much everywhere around San Juan.
Other things to note
All the technology you could want:
- 500mb download fiber internet
- 3x Smart TV's
- Sonos stereo
-Zoned central air conditioning (1 unit for master bedroom + 1 for living room area) - can be controlled separately with Nest Thermostats
Appliances:
- Dishwasher
- In-unit washer/dryer

- We can not accommodate more than 4 guests in the unit. Security will check identification upon arrival of all guests and if a person is not approved within the booking, they will be unable to be let up to the unit.
- It is common in Puerto Rico that groups of vehicles travel together and play loud music around the Island. While its not likely to disrupt your stay, there is a small chance it happens from time to time (especially during elections, protests or large events)
- There is common street noise from traffic passing by (sometimes groups of motorcycles that ride around town). We are located on the 8th floor, so it is limited, but some light sleepers have mentioned it.
- We have blackout curtains/shades in both bedrooms. While this blocks out 95-99% of the light, there may some a small amount of light that comes through on the sides. But it is very limited.
- We have 2 A/C units located in the unit. One for the master bedroom and one for the living room area and second bedroom. The building (including the A/C units) are less than 10 years old and serviced regularly. Some light sleeper guests have stated it can be loud for them. However, most of the time, the A/C is not needed in the evening so we recommend keeping it off and/or running the A/C prior to going to bed to cool the room.
- We have a very high occupancy rate, so we are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins so plan your arrival accordingly. If you need recommendations on where to spend time prior to check-in, please let us know and we are happy to help!
- We have temperature locks on the thermostats. You are able to control the temperature between 70-85 degrees. We have found that is more than enough for guests to be comfortable.
- Hurricane/storm locks are on all windows and remained locked for guest safety.

To help you prepare and plan accordingly, we provide the following in unit
- 3x rolls of toilet paper
- 1x roll of paper towel
- 1x dish sponge
- 2x laundry pods
- 2x dishwasher pods
- Unlimited garbage bags
- hand soap
- 4 bath towels
- 4 beach towels
- 2 hand towels
- 1x shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom
- 1x body soap in each bathroom
Each bed has 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet and a duvet cover. We leave 2 extra blankets. One for the bottom twin bed and a spare for guests to use.
Anything not listed above, we cannot guarantee that it will be available or provided. If you have special requests, we are happy to try to accommodate them, but please inquire prior to booking.

Great views! Right near the beach (Escambron is a really good beach). A beautiful park as well. Conveniently in between Condado and Old Aan Juan. We also found it really convenient for kayaking and stand up paddle board rentals at Condado Lagoon. Kathleen and Mike were really responsive. We had a great time!

Every aspect of our experience was superb. The condo is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. Great location and amenities. Very responsive and thoughtful owners.

Overall, we had a nice stay in Puerto Rico. The building was having maintenance done and as such, entry/exit of the building was challenging at times. This was especially true for accessing garage, closed most of the day and needed to use back/alley entrance/exit. The hosts were very nice and very helpful in suggesting eating establishments as well as grocery and near by activities, so 5 star hosts. Unfortunately the unit was not ready at our check in time of 4pm and we had to "waste" time and headed to the grocery. Having not seen the unit, we didn't know what we might need and as such, was not an efficient experience. AND having to go get key, then park, then take our groceries/luggage up, was an overall pain with the construction etc.In all honesty we found the unit quite cluttered with just "stuff". Too many fake plants, too many side table or accent tables/decoration that honestly obscured the views as well as impeded walking through the various rooms. The pictures of the unit had less "stuff" and we would have preferred. And I understand this is an 8th floor unit and has hurricane windows; however, the outside of the windows were quite dirty and simply obscured the views (looked like it was always raining bc of water/dirt spots). However, the unit has great views.Some of the fixtures in bathrooms were loose, towel racks, shower handles, sink drains etc. Furthermore, while the kitchen was adequate, some additional basic items like larger Colander would b nice.
