The views , living room accommodations and location were great. We had a very nice stay. There were some housekeeping details we let the owner know about so they could have a heads up.

Loved the private grassy lawn with an unobstructed view of the sea and sky. The view out the windows of the living room is truly gorgeous. Spent awe-struck time looking at moon on the water at night and the ocean waves all day.Didn't love that the second floor is accessible by a ladder. One of our party could not go up. The bathroom and kitchen are small. I don't want to criticize the house because it has charm and personality, but if you go know that it is an older home.Overall we had a happy family trip.

The ocean view from the living room was truly stunning. We had a couple storms roll it which was so beautiful to watch. The beach access is very close and it's an amazing beach. The deck and yard were very nice and well-kept. The rooms and loft were as expected - view from loft partially obstructed by the roof so the view from the living room is really the best. Kitchen was small but easy to use and had most of the items you'd need. Note that the coffee machine didn't work and there wasn't a tea kettle so we heated up water in a pot for the pour over we brought from home. No dishwasher which was fine with us but FYI.House had heaters in each room but even so it was hard to get the house adequately warm. If you go in the winter or shoulder months, be sure to bring some extra warm clothes. Shower was hot enough for me but my husband wished it had been a little warmer. House was tidy but could use a deep clean. The baseboards were very dirty and a little paint could go a long way on the scrapes and spots throughout. The living/dining room area was laid out nicely and the furniture fine -- medium comfy. The TV was wildly complicated, I felt like I was back in the late 90s where you had to turn things on in a certain order or they wouldn't work (getting the sound connected to what you were doing was particularly challenging). All in all - we were really happy with how beautiful the view was, the proximity to the beach was excellent, and the house was ok.
