Your family will be warm in winter with the help of a wood burner and heat pump. With four double bedrooms, a brand-new bathroom with underfloor heating, separate laundry and toilet this home has been renovated with family in mind and there is plenty of space for everyone. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs with its own access which could be ideal for a young adult. The fully fenced yard includes decking and patio areas for outdoor entertainment and privacy and a great spot to soak up the sun or enjoy the views out to the Pisa Ranges. There is plenty of off-street parking.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was spotless, warm, and very comfortable, perfect for our whānau. It had everything we needed and more, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces where we could all relax together. The location was fantastic, close to the lake, shops yet still peaceful and quiet.Our kids loved having plenty of space to play, and we enjoyed the little touches that made the house feel welcoming. Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning was a real highlight too.We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Cromwell.

We found the place beautiful. Plenty of room for the 10 of us.As you can see below, to get up to the house for someone in a wheelchair, it wasn’t ideal. The ramp was potentially dangerous because it was so steep. It took my son pushing, and my husband to pull me and my chair up by rope that we purchased.To get down was equally dangerous to get me back down. Once at the top, I was able to hold the fence and a hand to get up the steps.Once inside, I was fine. The view was lovely with plenty of room for the kids to run around.
