Island Realty was a pleasure to deal with. Answered all our questions ahead of time (including little things like what type of Coffeemaker!). The property was great, location walk to beach and restaurants and plenty of parking too. So easy that beds were made and bath towels provided. Upper deck furniture needed to be cleaned to be used.

We had a great time staying at this property over the week of July 4. It’s right in the mix of things and was a perfect place to view the IOP firework display and walk over to the golf cart parade. It is loud at night during the summer because all of the close live music, so that’s something to consider if you have little kids. Having the pool there is great, and while the house is starting to get a little dated in some ways, it’s still a wonderful spot close to the beach and easy walking to everywhere else.
