Conveniently located just one mile from the Killington Skyeship Gondola, three miles from Bear Mountain, and a short drive to Killington, Pico, and Okemo Resorts, this inviting condo is the perfect home base for year-round adventures.
Located on the ground floor of Building 2 with peaceful brook and parking area views, this comfortable unit features a welcoming living room with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and queen sleeper sofa, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The private bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and an attached full bathroom for added comfort and convenience.
Guests at Cedarbrook enjoy a year-round heated outdoor pool, fitness room, cozy sitting area, and small library. Complimentary coffee is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Cedarbrook office sitting area. Snowmobile tours are within walking distance, and the resort offers easy access to skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and Vermont's spectacular fall foliage.
Please note that Cedarbrook does not offer shuttle service to or from the mountain. A $150 security deposit authorization hold is collected upon arrival. Pool hours vary by season; please contact the office for current hours. This is a non-smoking, pet-free property.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Place felt safe while traveling solo. Nice to have the sound of the stream outside the back door. Quite spacious.

Unit 109, single bedroom queen, was roomy, clean and decorated like a mountain cabin. The porch looked out over a beautiful little stream. Very convenient to Killington, centrally located. Very nice pool.
The only inconvenience was the bathroom, which was accessed through the bedroom only, so anyone using the sofa bed in the living room needed to pass through the bedroom to use the bathroom.

Cedarbrook was a great little place to stay in the Killington area! Friendly staff, CLEAN rooms and great location! Amenities were plentiful and the outdoor pool was great for the kids! Out the back was the river that runs through, so peaceful! The furniture could use an upgrade, bed was a bit creaky and slumped but it was fine for a short term stay. Can't wait to come visit again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Having access to a full kitchen was a huge benefit and we loved eating breakfast overlooking the stream. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the sofa bed and the bed were terrible, be prepared for uncomfortable nights. The rooms are overdue for a refresh, but the mattresses should be on top of that list, plus new bed frames that don’t creak with any slight movement. It was lovely to have a pool, nice temp, but unfortunately this area also needs a refresh. I would stay here again if the bed/sofa bed were updated.
