Perfect location. All rooms has a balcony and you can see the beach from all balcony's. One room was set up with an additional fridge, microwave, coffee pot which was really nice for additional food and drinks. A few things are a little dated and could use updated but overall the condo was spacious for all 11 of us. 6 adults and 4 teenagers and 1 kid under 10. The room has some additional beach chairs in the closet that we found very helpful. The halls ways did smell a little musty but the room didn't smell the same way.

This unit is amazing! Beach view from all 3 bedrooms. An easy walk across a crosswalk and we were on the beach. Pickleball and tennis courts. The pool and hot tub were great. The balcony was so large and spanned all 3 bedrooms Everything was great. Julie was amazing to work with. Communication with her was so easy and quick. We had one issue with the washer and dryer and she rectified it. We would definitely suggest this unit.

The property in general was in good conditions, the apartment was dirty, and the building was dirty too, the bathrooms we're also dirty, the building needs to be fixed. Especially the bathrooms. The building in general smells dirty when you walk in and pool pool didn't work for a whole
