Remote pick up of keys ten minutes away.

Location is the selling point. It is ski in/ski out and that is great. You are at Northstar resort basically so everything is a short walk away. The unit is nice, comfortable and clean and has nice views. The lighting is odd, the tub is odd, the shower reaches your chin. I had zero direct communication with the rental company, so good luck with that. I would rent again but no thanks to the rental company.

Worst communication ever. I didn’t receive any information before I arrived because they had the wrong email address which I did not provide them. I guess I was wrong to assume there would be at least hand soap in the bathroom but there was none,No soap in the bathroom or shampoo. Key to the ski locker was missing. It’s a very good location but not sure I’d stay there again. Check-in process was ridiculous having to pick up a key down in Truckee, unable to check in early even though nobody was in the unit.
