One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. We loved this condo - beautiful ocean view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. We even saw dolphins from the lanai. Very clean. Easy access and check out. Good communication about check in with property managers. Very quiet location. No elevator but easy parking right out front at all hours. Easy walk to the local beaches and good beach chairs (would love an umbrella next time!). Overall, great stay and would love to return!

We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and the birds that would stop by to visit. The property is in a good location. It was very hard to find in the dark. If you plan to arrive after dark, I'd suggest getting directions to the specific unit you are renting. The address that was texted to us was to the main office, not the actual condo we were renting. I would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay very much .The location is amazing and walking distance to Brennecke and Poipu beach. The managers were easy to communicate with and we were comfortable. The only glitch was that the listing showed futons as the 3rd bed but it was actually a blow up bed.
