Great location and nice place, HVAC needs to be updated and if you don't like stairs stay away, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was close to Jolly Rodgers and the boardwalk and parasailing.

The condo is in a great location, short walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants as well as a short walk across the street to the bay to see the sunsets. Condo was well equipped with everything needed and had a great outdoor seating area on the balcony. The locked storage closet on the ground floor was also a huge plus to store our beach gear in each day.
