O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Welcome to Puppy Love, a beautiful, spacious, well-appointed, and lovingly maintained home in the desirable ocean-to-sound resort community of The Villages at Ocean Hill. Puppy Love is 3000 sq. ft. of comfort with dual zone, Trane heat pumps and a top-rated REME HALO air purification system.
The interior offers both ample room to gather and private retreats. The large, professionally landscaped 16,000 sq. ft. lot is exceptional with soft Bermuda grass, crepe myrtles, flowers, ornamental grasses, lush Hollywood and Sea Green Junipers, and a groomed 7-foot privacy hedge – an incredibly beautiful and peaceful oasis. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, Puppy Love offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of Currituck Light throughout -- "far better than pictures show," according to one guest -- and is perfectly situated to enjoy the lighthouse's July 4th fireworks display. Relax on the covered decks and wraparound porch or unwind in your own south-facing private pool and hot tub. Refreshing ocean breezes, glorious sunrises and sunsets, and the sound of waves crashing on the shore, memories for a lifetime.
When it's time for fun, Puppy Love is less than a 2-minute drive to the community's private beach and oceanfront pool complex with ample parking; and only a 2-minute walk to the fitness center; tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts; playground; sound-side pool complex; and 15-acre Crystal Lake.
Puppy Love is also adjacent to a popular ropes course overlooking Currituck Sound and under a mile to the 965-acre Currituck Banks Reserve habitat with its scenic sound overlook; the pristine off-road northern beaches (home to the legendary Corolla wild horses); Currituck Lighthouse and its summer concerts, wine tastings, and art shows; the historic Whalehead Club; the Center for Wildlife Education; the new Maritime Museum; the Wild Horse Museum; Quaint Corolla Village with its charming eateries and shops; a rustic coffee shop by day/beer garden by night with live entertainment; an old-fashioned ice cream shoppe, restaurants, a bakery, convenience store, gas station, and so much more. Not far down Rt. 12, is a Food Lion and Harris Teeter; putt-putt; bumper boats; and a variety of shops, eateries, and recreational activities. It's all here for you to enjoy.

We had a wonderful week at puppy love. The house is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy each other’s company then have peace and quiet when they wanted. The house could use a few updates with furniture and the weeds around the pool could have been taken care of but it didn’t make our stay less enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked and the dog loved running around the beautiful landscaped yard. The biggest downfall of the trip was waiting to get in the house. I know checkin isn’t until 4 but we drove all day with elderly parents and dogs. Waiting hours to get in the house is simply exhausting. Next time I will pay the extra fee for early check in.

This home was exactly what we needed. Perfect layout to allow for family time and private time. Plenty of parking. The pool was great. We enjoyed riding bikes, playing games, and cooking in the beautifully appointed kitchen. We even got to drive our parents on the beach all the way to the Virginia border. It was just the right amount of disconnected, but still close to shopping and dining. The lighthouse view is far better than the pictures shpw. You will not regret booking this property.

Property is listed as check-in at 4. But beware, the final contract will say 4-6pm. We were a party of 9, two dogs, one child with diabetes, who needed his medication refrigerated. We were finally allowed to enter at 5:40pm after numerous calls to property management. The house cleaners didn't arrive until 5:55 pm. Property Management has still never returned calls or emails. The kitchen was stocked well with cookware, plates, etc. but there are no other basics (extra toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners, blow dryer etc.) so be prepared to bring everything. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The pictures look like the yard is enclosed but it isn't so we still had to leash our dogs. Nice neighborhood and proximity to the beach
