• Steep driveway grade—4WD/AWD/Chains are required during snowy conditions
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced
• Chelan County STR Permit #000262

• Located in a rural mountain community just outside of Plain
• REQUIRES 4WD AND Chains during winter season due to steep grade of driveway
• 2WD/AWD NOT ADVISED FOR WINTER MONTHS (even with chains)

Fees may vary based on the following (cannot exceed permitted max occupancy):
• $25 per dog per night
• $12.18 per night Safely/Damage Insurance Coverage
• Travel Insurance: Opt In/Out
• Housekeeping fee
• 5% booking fee
• State/local lodging taxes.
• Minimum stay requirements may vary.

There are no vehicle restrictions on vehicle types for spring/summer/fall for cabin season however, winter guests please see cautionary notes below:

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD/AWD vehicle with chains are necessary. No exceptions.

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
