Enjoy easy beach access, walk to the Avalon Fishing Pier, grab dinner at Awful Arthur's seafood establishment, and watch the ocean from the top-level deck while vacationing here!

Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Great property. Perfect location. Good sized rooms. Responsive hosts. Pool is on the smaller side but worked well for our needs and given everything else was perfect, the pool size didn't bother us.

Overall, this is a nice property in a great location. The communication with the property management was excellent and they responded quickly to a few little issues that we were experiencing. The property is very nicely appointed and has just about everything you need included… The house is showing quite a bit of wear and tear, as expected with these homes, but with a little bit of TLC, it could easily be rated at 5 stars.

Flip flop was the perfect little get away. Conveniently located to all kinds of entertainment and steps from the beach. Out only complaint was that the beds were a little too firm for our preferance but the house itself was perfect for ur family needs.

The house was nice as well as the beds. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The back yard was unkempt and could have been much nicer. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos but was in good working order.
