My wife and I loved the location. There are some great places to eat nearby and a grocery store- all walking distance. The place was quiet. Excellent view of the beach, and no parking issues.
We are docking because shortly after booking, there was an additional contract we needed to sign with multiple house rules. These house rules were not displayed prior to booking and we had already spent a lot of time looking at different places and didn’t want to go through the process again.
Some rules include taking out trash and doing dishes prior to leaving… what is the point of us paying a hefty cleaning fee if your cleaner can’t do that? On top of that, we found hair in the shower, and was dirty/dusty behind the bed.
We loved the location. We did not like the lack of transparency prior to booking, the cleaning fee for lack of cleanliness, and the expectation to have us clean.
