Lake Dillon Condos 210 is a classic 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit located on the second floor with incredible mountain views in the floor to ceiling windows. Sleeps 4. The elevator makes it easy to bring in your bags, gear and groceries. Living room features a 42 inch flatscreen with BlueRay/DVD plus a gas fireplace. Enjoy the covered deck in winter or summer. Free private WiFi and cable with ESPN. Fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals. Dining area seats 6. Walk down the deck stairs directly to the lawn and lakeshore for winter or summer play. The Summit County Rec Path is just out front for walking or biking. It's even plowed in the winter so you can stroll and enjoy the views.

Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before use. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to the Coffee Lab, restaurants, bars, bowling in the Dillon Town Center or restaurants and shops at Dillon Ridge Marketplace. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops from January to March which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

The condo was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. We were in town for a concert at Dillon Amphitheater an the proximity to the venue cannot be beat. The space was clean and as described in the listing, and we appreciated the clear communication from the host with access codes and check in/out instructions prior to arriving and before departure. We really enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck during the day during the peak of the summer heat. Would stay again!

On the lake, very nice and comfortable Only complaint was that it was too hot in the condo. Did have it check out but couldn't do anything unless they turned off the heat. Left it on and opened window and door, which was ok.

My friends and I had a great time with each other we booked last minute and very grateful they accepted our reservation. The condo was safe, the view of the lake was beautiful but were surprised how dated the condo was.
