We are so thankful to have found this beautiful home with the help of Mary from Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals. Our family fell in love with Cape San Blas 5 years ago and have been coming back since. We outgrew our previous home on the same street, and were so pleased with Cape Haven. We could tell this home is well managed and maintained. There were rooms for everyone including all of the grands in the bunk room! The property was also very clean. The group at Coastal Joe Rentals were extremely nice and fast at responding to answer questions. We have booked this house for next year already!

We have been traveling to the area for the past 12 years and stayed in many different locations, but this was one of my favorites. The accommodations were as described and the location was perfect. The layout of the home also fit our needs perfectly and will look here for future reservations.

We enjoy Cape San Blas, the Coastal Joe team is great, but the house needs some dire repairs and a deep clean. The house is in a great place and decks are great. The carpet and living room furniture needs to be replaced. I’m not snooty but the carpet is very old and smelly. The furniture is dirty and broken. The master shower is needing repaired. The kitchen need a deep clean. I had to clean out the silverware drawer myself. The outside yard is a mess. Banisters were sticky, owner stuff in closets, very few glasses in cabinets. Cabinets were a mess. Building materials and satellite dish debris everywhere in the yard. The house is for sale so glad no one wanted to see it while there. We will be back to CSB and will rent from Coastal Joe again. We won’t be back to this house. Pics on website not true depiction of conditions.
