Patio furniture in need of help but nice place with view of desert and pool area.

This was an comfortable, clean, quiet property with great views of the valley and mountains. While my wife and I are not golfers my my brother and sister-in-law assured me that the course on the property is first class. There is also access to a pool, but surprisingly it was a little cool for swimming or sitting outside. It's a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Borrego Springs and a bit longer to Julian for shopping and great pie. There are plenty of opportunities for long walks in the desert.

The condo is located in Ram's Hill in Borrego Springs. Great golf course community. The condo overall is clean, except for the carpets, they are filthy and really need to be replaced.
