Come and enjoy this unique and spacious oceanfront home. Completely renovated in 2019, the Laing house is perfect for the ultimate family get away and reunion! The six bedrooms and six baths allow plenty of room for all generations. Two full kitchens will make vacation a breeze for those who love to cook, and those who need an extra fridge! There are also two laundry rooms, ideal for those with small kids and lots of laundry. After a long day at the beach you can enjoy an outdoor hot and cold shower before you head upstairs to the oceanfront porches. On the oceanfront porch you can find a high top table perfect for meals overlooking the ocean or just a relaxing night. Also for your enjoyment are rocking chairs and a double glider to enjoy the ocean breeze all day long! There are two large living spaces by either kitchen, ample space for all in your party. Enjoy movies on the multiple TV's, games, and puzzles, perfect for those rainy summer days.

Redundancy throughout the place as this was 2 identical but separate duplexes (torn down the wall between the 2). Infrastructure is old but appliances and furniture are updated.

This was a split townhouse now made into a single - which allows for a bigger group. This house had gorgeous views and short walk to beach. The home was stocked with everything you could think of that you might need — attention to details that made the stay great. For instance: beach toys, chairs, fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry, etc. The only “negative” is that the outside deck chairs were very hard (solved with pillows) and two lounge chairs for a nap or reading on the deck with that wonderful ocean breeze would be nice. But, that’s all very minor. We had a fantastic week and loved this beach home! We’ll stay again!

We absolutely loved the layout of this property. We had kids and 3 couples and had plenty of room to spread out perfect location and very clean. We’d definitely rent again.
