PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

fantastic location. Loved hearing the waves every morning and night as we went to sleep
And woke up. Lovely condo. Well appointed. Loved the sunsets from our lanai. Property management took care of a few minor issues promptly.

We loved our stay here. I will treasure memories of waking up to the beautiful ocean right outside our sliding glass doors. We spent so much time on the lanai looking at the most amazing view. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated how well equipped it was. Truly had everything we could have possibly needed. The portable a/c units in the upstairs are a little loud but they do the job and we all slept fine. The management company was great with respect to communication and even responded quickly to our one request that we had. I would love to come back to this beautiful unit some day.

Pros: clean, roomy, great location, nice that it was stocked with laundry detergent, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, iron, steamer. Nice pool, pickleball and tennis courts.
Cons: don’t expect A/C. There’s only fans & a small unit upstairs that couldn’t keep up. So it was hot! Also, crew came in to clean/change linens and had missing items after and when reported nothing was done but took down the info.
