Sleeping up to 12 guests, this 2,700 sq. ft. home is perfect for family vacations, adult getaways, or relaxing retreats. Enjoy the open-concept living and dining areas with Gulf views, two decks for relaxing, and access to a community pool and hot tub. Bedrooms are furnished with king, queen, and twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for large groups. The fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and covered parking add convenience and comfort for every guest.



IMPORTANT NOTES

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events. Summer rentals require a 7-night stay with Saturday check-in.



PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly for up to two small dogs (35 lbs max). Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet. Limit and size restrictions may apply so please inquire before booking. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
