Guests staying in Ocean One 406 enjoy a landscape view, free wi-fi and won't have to cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. 4th floor ocean-side condo sleeps 6 people with comfort. King bed in the primary bedroom, another King in BR 2 plus 2 Doubles in BR3. New 60" smart TV in the living room and ceiling fans plus USB chargers in all 3 bedrooms. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Has three flat screen TVs.

Very clean. The beach and pool are excellent. Short walk to some stores. The grilling area on the property was perfect.
