With decks off the living room and two bedrooms, guests staying in Ocean One 413 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This was the best location on the island —perfect view of the beach and the pool, walking distance to the Coligny plaza. If only the weather had cooperated! The unit has everything even a keurig!

The unit was very nice, clean, great view, had everything we needed. 4.5 stars
The property:
Nice pool and fire pit area, nice walkway to the beach.
Unfortunately there was major construction that we were never informed of. It was every day, including Saturday and Sunday for our entire 12 days. Very noisy
One of 2 entrances was closed, one of 2 elevators out of order. The elevator that worked was at the entrance that was closed. Half of the parking lot was closed.
The daytime security lady was very nice and helpful.
The evening guy was rude, when I told him that groups of teens were sneaking into the locked pool/fire pit area almost every night, he said there was nothing he could do about it. So what is his purpose? If the teens were quiet and polite, I wouldn’t mind, but they were not.
Seashore Vacations:
I informed them of our late arrival and they made arrangements accordingly, check-in was flawless.
I was charged a credit card fee, even though I made arrangements to pay by another method.
