Nice property with very short walk to the beach. The close proximity to the beach is really the highlight. The pool and hot tub was very nice after hot besch days and to relax at night. Overall, great experience!

The house is beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen is stocked well, all rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortable beds, nice TVS, would def stay at this property again!

As a family, we hadn't gone on vacation since 2018 so our expectations and standards were high again as usual. Granted, when you book a beach house it's almost a role of the dice. Decided to go with VRBO this time. First, note that the homes in this neighborhood are very close together. No privacy and a lot of traffic. The permanent residents (2-4 that we saw) there appeared to not really care for us renting. I get it, but oh well. The home is a nice size. The hot tub needs repair or replaced. There are no rugs except for the living room. There were mice droppings in the kitchen on the counters the first couple days. BEWARE! The amount of flies that were in the house and around the pool area were unbelievable. The home comes with 4-5 fly swatters. It was just disgusting. Recommend that you spend the money needed to have a home that more than likely will not disappoint. The best feature was the pool (loved it), the elevator, and the rental bikes. The outdoor TV did not work for most of our stay. It was replaced the day before we left. If you have any issues with the home, the maintenance guys are awesome. Very responsive, respectful, and friendly. Make sure to email them for service requests.
