Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Perfect place to stay on the south shore. Easy access to Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach. Peaceful and so many beautiful views. Very nice area and simple drive to food and shops. Koloa is a cute town nearby with lots of eating options. We are a family of 5 (our 2 kids plus a son-in-law) and the setup worked perfectly for all of us. There is no A/C in this condo but you didn't need it with the ocean breeze. Condo even had beach chairs, ice chest and scuba gear to use!! Years ago, we stayed on the east side of the island, but after this visit I would easily pick the south shore again.

The overall experience was excellent. The location is perfect. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the condo. Close to walking path and Poipu Beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Decorated very well and comfy beds. Did not have AC and we were a bit worried until we realized the breeze from the ocean and sound of the surf was all we needed. Hope to stay there again.
