Perfect location, right on the beach. The house was not clean, just because it is a pet rental doesn’t mean it cannot be cleaner. The elevator was a lifesaver for us. The realty company responded promptly to messages. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our family. They have more than enough pots, pans, Tupperware, serving plates and dishes. You will need to bring anything else needed for the kitchen. Clean bed linen and towels were provided. There were plenty of extra blankets if needed.

Location is great. House is in need of repairs. Top floor ceiling has water spots. Half of th lights need working bulbs. Furniture is old and needs replacing. We loved being so close to the ocean.

Reviewer Comments:
We really like this house, but it needs general repair. missing and loose pickets on side deck, broken board at bottom of entrance stairs and a rotten board on back steps. We also had elevator problems that were fixed pretty quickly.Nails on both decks need to be pounded down.

"The 4 bathes and 5 bedrooms was great for space for several families to stay. Being right on the beach is super convenient."
