Apartment was well located, very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The ac worked in the bedrooms but the living room would not cool off. However, Paris was experiencing extreme heat during our stay. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Tim for everythingMarjorie and marty

The location of the property is fantastic. One could almost spend an entire week in Paris going nowhere beyond walking distance. Very secure. Nice building. Small but functional elevator. One floor up from street. Large apartment, especially main bedroom. Distinctively and personally decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Tons of storage. Multiple AC units, and many big windows. Looks over main street but quiet (not so much though when the Paris Marathon went by one Sunday!). Many good shops and restaurants and services and attractions nearby. Just one bathroom but big and useful; lots of hot water and good shower pressure. Washer; no dryer but plenty of hanging space & racks to dry clothes. An altogether wonderful stay. The dining area is compact. Lots of games and reading material. Host is always ready to help as he works in shop right below the apartment. I recommend.

We selected this accommodation based on its central location in Paris (Marais area), which was very close to shops and restaurants and offered several nearby public transportation options. We stayed for five days during one of the hottest periods in Parisian history, so having air-conditioning was essential and appreciated. Our host was very kind and cordial, provided clear instructions for the apartment, and was always available to answer our occasional questions. The apartment was clean and quiet and a welcome refuge after each day of long walks between Parisian points of interest. We would not hesitate to return to this location when we visit Paris in the future.
