There needed to be a lot of basic repairs to the house, but the inside was clean and dated as was posted by others. I liked the recliners for a rental, not many places have them. overall I would give an 8 out of 10. Outside needs attention, no curb appeal at all, 1 out of 10, first impressions matter.

The house is spacious and clean. Old fashioned charm. Amazing location with easy walking to town. Everything a family needs for a comfortable stay.

Can’t ask for a better location to downtown. It met all our needs for a quick family getaway

Excellent location, house was musty and it shows its age (slightly more than advertised). There were ants in the kitchen. But the main thing is the awesome location.
