Located about four blocks from the ocean this home is a short five to ten minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. The home also has a beautiful backyard complete with a deck, pool and gas grill. The garage also has a wagon with beach toys for your use during your stay.

This floor also has a large kitchen with granite counter tops and a cook's kitchen with a gas stove top and stainless steel appliances. A separate dining area and spacious sitting room.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor features a sitting area with a flat screen TV and two additional guestrooms. Guestroom 2 features a queen size bed and a private bath. Guestroom 3 features two twin beds and a private bath.

THIRD FLOOR: The third floor features a sitting area with a table and chairs and a flat screen TV with a futon and two additional guestrooms. Guestroom 4 features a queen size bed and a private bath. Guestroom 5 features two twin beds and private bath.

Includes free parking, supply of linens and towels per occupancy, washer and dryer, an initial starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans. The home does have an elevator with service from garage level to second floor, but is not ADA compliant. Elevator is for convenience only and not a guaranteed amenity. There is a wheelchair accessible beach access on 42nd street.
