Sitting on your private deck you can unwind with a view of the of the Choctawhatchee Bay, the lakes on the fairway or the beautiful sunrises. This charming unit has a spacious open floor plan including two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms.. The fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer opens to the large living and dining area. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The living room faces more windows and features a flat screen television, so there's plenty of room for the whole family to curl up and watch movies or enjoy the scenery. Take a dip in the New heated Audubon Pool at the entrance of Fairways.
Pet Fees $100.00 per pet. Max of 3 Pets. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!
From time to time, due to the mechanics of golf carts, their parts or operational error, the golf cart will not operate or will be out of service. There is no guarantee that the golf cart will be in service during the entire period of your stay, however we will provide service and repair to the best of our ability subject to the time of the notification of such operational error. There are no credits, refunds or alternative means of transportation provided to any guest due to the golf cart being out of service for any or all of the period of your stay.

This is our second time that my family and I have stayed here. We always enjoy the stay here. Clean rooms, kitchen had everything we needed. It was excellent and we will be returning back! We had access to the beach, pool, and Baytown Wharf.

The view was spectacular as you can see the golfers and the bay from your back porch. The ac was cold …no problems with any basic needs. The unit was stocked with fresh soft white towels and great smelling soaps at all sinks. The rooms were just right for a beach getaway with minimal space and efficiency to find everything. Loved the golf cart for the trips to the community pools. They have a lot to offer for the family without ever leaving the resort. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for any family looking for a place to make great memories.

Very nice. Back door wouldn’t slide open without super human strength. Otherwise great stay.
