17th floor ocean front views can't be beat. We've stayed here twice. No complaints. No roku tv though. Fyi

The Ac could be better. Not as cold as I wanted due to the heat outside constant baking the windows.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

My wife and I have stayed in Sandestin many times over the years, and decided to head down for a quick get away.Unfortunately, Seaside II was under renovation, and noise was constant throughout the complex. It would have been nice to know this before making the reservation Platinum Services of Destin.The unit had a nice view, but was difficult to enjoy due the noise.TV's in this unit were substandard, and should have at least a larger TV in the main living area. A small 27" was about it.
