Automatic, secure gate and an independent entrance to access the Moulin de Tartay accommodation.
The MOULIN is under surveillance by external cameras.
The land is fenced and secure (15000 m2).
The garden consists of a heated swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1.50 meters deep unsupervised (open from April to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain to C.E. standards (a waiver will be requested from each customer and for each stay) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for safety reasons, a swing in the form of a swing under the responsibility of parents (open from March to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less than 90 KG (open from April to October), a garden basket limited to 90 KG with its cushions.
The garden is shared only with the tenants of the Moulin de Tartay estate.
