The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a terrace is located in the centre of Barcelona, 100 metres from Las Ramblas and a 5-minute walk from Catalonia Square, the city's main attractions.
It has air conditioning, a safe, and free Wi-Fi.
This apartment has been completely renovated in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining area equipped with chairs and a satellite television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed and bathroom with shower cabin
Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, a public car park is located approximately 300 metres from the apartment.
No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile check-in available from 15:00.
Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of £30.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It had a huge terrace that would have been amazing during warmer weather. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Communication with the host was very easy and they were extremely responsive.

We thought the pictures looked good on the site, but when we walked into this apartment, our jaws dropped! The kitchen is extremely modern. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. And there was even a half bath that we did not expect. But then, we walked out onto our own private patio. Oh my! Every single night we took a bottle of wine and sat out there at the table with the little fish in the water fountain, all of the lights twinkling, and the feeling of being in a private island. What an oasis! Needless to say everything was spotless. We plan on coming back to Barcelona again and will definitely stay here. Our only wish is that when we were in Madrid, we would’ve stayed with the same company.
