We had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for the family and the patio was beautiful! Very close walk to the Piazza del Popolo.

What a great place! Cecilia and her team are awesome for the logistics and the property is wonderful. Great south facing terrace with a lovely table to sit and enjoy coffee or wine. Two great rooms on the main floor accessed by an elevator. One king room and one room with twin beds, plus one bathroom. Second king room and bathroom are up a steep staircase so plan accordingly. Great location just down from the main square… step walking in Fermo so wear comfy shoes.
