Villa Phivi is one of our three luxury holiday villas on the island of Andros in Greece. This 255 m² villa, fully furnished and equipped, is located amphitheatrically located on the southwest coast of Andros. Easily accessible by the main road,
(only 10 min drive from the port of Andros), Villa Phivi is designed with the use of natural and eco-friendly materials, in a combination of Cycladic and modern architecture. This villa is located in the northern part of the Heliades Villas estate.
Villa Phivi 5 bedrooms offers stunning views of the Aegean Sea. It spans three levels and can accommodate up to ten (10) people in its five double bedrooms. One or two extra beds (or cots) for children can also be accommodated in the master bedrooms or common areas of the villa. Villa Phivi is completely independent from our other two villas. It has a beautiful garden, a private pool, parking just outside the villa, as well as Starlink high-speed internet available throughout the villa. This holiday home in Andros Greece has been built with great care and selected quality materials, such as marble, wood and stone.
The main entrance to the villa is located on the first level (76 m²), where there is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with fireplace and a double bedroom with a small ensuite bathroom with a shower. As this is a totally independent villa in Andros Cyclades, feel free to prepare all your meals and enjoy them on the large dining tables, indoors or outdoors. Through marble stairs, our guests can reach the upper level (54 m²), which houses two master double bedrooms with parquet floors, private balcony and two en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with jacuzzi.
The pool level of Villa Phivi has an additional separate entrance and is connected to the main living area by an internal staircase in marbre.Il has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one bathroom with jacuzzi and washing machine and the other bathroom with shower), fully integrated and electrically equipped American kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room and a WC.
This level opens onto the private pool with terrace and there are sun loungers, surrounded by a beautiful garden. To the rear of the garden is a gas barbecue.
Not far away, just 1 km away is the beautiful sandy beach of Fellos where there is a very beautiful tavern with exquisite cuisine.
