This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony, or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is newly renovated and features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, and a regular coffee maker. It's also fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare for a home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views of the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The guest room offers 2 full-size beds, an HDTV, and an attached full bathroom. A washer and dryer can be found in Majestic Sun 705B Destin vacation rental for your convenience, and it sleeps a total of 8.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Everything was great. Clean, great location, easy access. Only bad thing was the pool and spa workers was kicking you out and locking the doors before the posted close time of 10pm every single night. Otherwise great experience and will be back.

It’s a nice property that with a few changes could turn the corner to a wonderful property. It’s the little things that make the difference, providing a visitor with filters for the coffee maker, hot pads or oven mitts would be beneficial. It seems like the furnishings were purchased with the only criteria being cheap. The pans were warped, utensils unusable, refrigerator ice maker broken. Fix those items and this property is exceptional. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice touch.

The beach view was awesome! The heated indoor pool was nice as the temp outside was a bit chilly. Great area to stay - not too busy, but close to things needed. Staff at the complex was wonderful - friendly and helpful! Stressed a bit as check-in information did not get to my email. Resolved within an hour though. Would definitely stay again!
