"Isola Palma" is situated on 1.5 landscaped oceanfront acres with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms "Isola Palma" at 114 Ocean Boulevard is a wonderful home that sleeps 24. Four full-width porches provide breathtaking views of the Island, with the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the Atlantic on the other. The beachside views reach past historic Fort Sumter and include the Morris Island lighthouse.
The exterior of "Isola Palma" at 114 Ocean Boulevard is a resort unto itself. Dual full-width porches grace both the front and back. The beachside includes a large screened porch on the first level and an oversized sunbathing deck on top (connected by a spiral staircase). The first level hosts the elegant infinity edge private pool and bar-b-q/wet bar platform. When in need of dry land exercise and some friendly competition, take advantage of the full-sized basketball court on the street side of the house. This area also includes ample off-street parking inside the privacy gate. When ready to call it a day, freshen up in the shower/locker room under the screened porch.
Understated elegance best describes the interior, which is classically beautiful, warm, and inviting. The first level includes a second master bedroom featuring a king and queen bed, a sitting room, a great room, a guest room bedroom featuring a king bed, a large informal dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is a cook's delight with its large multi-level granite center island with gas cooktop and multiple seating areas. Our family enjoyed our stay at 114 Ocean Blvd IOP The estate is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very private. We loved the layout of the house, especially the large pool overlooking the ocean. Although we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves.The best part of our experience was the exceptional service from AvantStay. They were an amazing host and very responsive. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, we simply sent a text or email, and they replied almost immediately. Any requests we made were handled promptly, which made our vacation much less stressful and even more enjoyable.VRBO and AvantStay provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, We will definitely use VRBO and AvantStay for future vacations whenever possible. Thank you for making our family trip so memorable!

The size and scale of the rooms were very nice for all of our guests. It allowed everyone to spread out and have a place to relax to. The room on the top floor where the kids stayed was wonderful for them to stay together too while keeping all kid things in that room. The views from the home were amazing! The infinity pool was incredible too. There was plenty of space for parking and garage storage for fishing equipment. This home was very close to the beach making a trip to the beach or back in the house truly simple. 14 stairs to the garage and about 10 steps to the beach. Wow. Having two large refrigerators and a separate freezer was nice for multiple families. Loved the ice maker in the kitchen too. The only downside was the master bathroom needs plumbing updates to the shower heads/controls. This was very dated and didn't work well. The decking is aging as well and could use modernized. Aside from those two things, we loved the property.
