Welcome to Boardwalk 1806!
We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1806 because it is very spacious with incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a one bedroom one bath beach residence that sleeps up to 5 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made this that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:
Here are some more interesting features of our beach residence:
-Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence once you’re in town
-Over 800 Square Feet of Living Space on the 18th floor
-Large 150+ Square Feet of Balcony
-The Living room comfortably seats 4 with Queen Sleeper Sofa
-Living Room includes a 40+” Flatscreen TV
-The kitchen bar seats 4
-Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker,Flat Screen TV
-Master Bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a Flatscreen TV
-Master Bath has a combination tub/shower
-The Kid-friendly bunk area offers twin bunks
-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
-There is a stacked washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit
We picked Boardwalk Beach Resort 1806 because it offers us quieter location that is still close to all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer. We think you’ll agree that Boardwalk Beach Resort 1806 can be your beach home away from home, where you and your family to enjoy a truly memorable beach vacation. If you want to make sure your family has the beach vacation you all deserve, give our rental manager a call or an email as soon as you can.

Was very clean well kept condominium, and all around the grounds. Loved the security.

This was an amazing property. It was perfect for the 3 of us. The property was clean, smelled great and in a great location. Having a child with us, we loved the security of this property. Everyone was friendly and the ease of check in and check out was great. We would come back here heartbeat

Property and workers and beach were fabulous. Check in process was harder than expected due to the fact I kept missing a box on my rental agreement. I thought when the money was. Deposited everything was good to go. I talked to a very angry person on the phone. But fortunately he was kind enough to stay awake until11 to give us our door code. We had a blast. Tho

The condo we stayed in was ok. The bathroom needs updating. The mattress was too hard for me. There is something wrong with the washing machine button. Only one roll of toliet paper was provided. I could live with all of the above but making the kids get out of the pool 10 minutes of every hour was weird and excessive to me. Why not just hire life guards instead of all of the security guards. They were everywhere. There was an uncomfortable un-vacation like experience with all of the security presence. I’ve never felt unsafe at PCB, why do they need so much security?
