The house, just a few hundred meters from the ancient village of Montorio in the municipality of Monzuno, is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, perched on the ridge separating the Val di Setta from the Val di Sambro, in the area known as Belvedere. From its elevation of 450 meters and thanks to its privileged location, the view it offers allows you to admire, from above, to the east, the Sambro Valley, from which rise the first slopes of the Montevenere mountain range; to the west, the edges of the Monte Sole Historical Park; and to the southeast, the Monte Cimone massif; the entire view stretches northward across a succession of Apennine ranges of rare beauty.
The fully furnished house consists of a spacious living room with an open-concept kitchen featuring an island, a fireplace, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (with the option of an extra single bed), and 1 bathroom with a shower.
