We would like to welcome you to our Alpine Village condo. Whether you are coming for the sun or snow we hope you find your trip fun and relaxing. The condo is the perfect place for couples and small families to call home. We have made every attempt to provide you with the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The master suite has a queen size bed with all the needed linens. The master suite has its own bathroom with stand-up shower. Towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer provide are available for your use. The second bedroom has two twin beds with all the needed linens. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower; towels, soap and shampoo are provided here as well. The living room is equipped with sleeper sofa and love seat. A TV with streaming media player and Blu-ray player are provided; we do not have cable TV but you are welcome to log-in to your streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils, toaster and coffee pot. The dining area has a counter with three stools along with a table that seats four. Two folding chairs are also available if needed. A washer and dryer are in the unit for use by guests. The condo is a ground floor unit and has a dedicated, covered parking space. Kids love the ease at which they can access the yard through the back door. Parents will love the relaxing patio with outdoor seating. The condo is less than a mile from the heart of downtown Leavenworth and is an easy walk for those that want the exercise.

Great location and near all things Leavenworth. Quick walk to downtown or even the hike over Blackbird Island. House was clean and nice and would work well for a couple with 1-2 kids or 3-4 people that don't mind sharing a room. The only issue we ran into was communication. The keys to your trip VRBO email was more warm and said we could be a big help if we started laundry, but the check in instructions said it was a requirement. That message also advertised an electric grill outside, but there was none. We messaged the owner one time to see if we could get in an hour early and never heard back.So to sum up, location and rental was great, just a bit confusing instructions and the owner wasn't as responsive as others I've visited on VRBO.

We realize we didn't pay a huge amount to stay here and it was fine but a few things need addressing. First we didn't get the code to enter until the morning of our styaayand not until after I called. The toaster had a loose element and we almost had an incident before it blew itself out! The microwave light was burned out, other lights are burned out. We understand it is personal preft but flannel sheets onhid-a-bed in summer isn't pleasant. Very noisy across street at adventure park. Room a/c freezes one room and doesn't reach the others. Just not great. Wouldn't probably stay here again.
