Had private (off the street) parking, walking distance to nice amenities. Very clean and thoughtful hosts of property. Nicest stay I've ever had traveling.

We were attending a two day conference and appreciated having the kitchen for cooking meals and the comfortable living room for relaxing. The two foot thick walls ensured complete quiet. The beds were comfortable. We were pleased with the right by the door off street parking. If we have another conference in Dubuque, we will be back.
