Upon arrival we immediately discovered the house was dirty, garbage in all the garbage cans , beds made with used , slept in sheets, that were made to look fresh. The carpets were not vaccumed and the vacuum was clogged up, my husband unclogged the hose and after we vacuumed so the children could crawl on floors , it was apparent that they had not been vaccines in awhile. On a good note, I immediately reported to our host and she apologized and call for cleaning service to come clean roughly around 8 pm and we were told that they would be there within the hour almost 11 they finally came. My whole family could not shower or go to bed after traveling 13 hours that day. At 3:30 am the cleaning lady was done with all she could do.

Things we liked: Dining room provided a lot of seating. The bedroom setups were nice. Third floor was a great layout minus the lack of window coverings.Things that could use improving: Kitchen was not ideal - it was not stocked with enough items for a house that sleeps so many. The family room furniture was on the cheaper side therefore quite uncomfortable. Could use more bath towels. It didn't matter because of our weather but the outside yard is not desirable although the owner somewhat attempted. All in all - we made it work. I strongly feel that when one pays to stay at a house versus a hotel - they are there to use the kitchen and hang out at the house etc. It made it hard when there was so much lacking.
