Model home gorgeous yet very comfortable. Fabulous location. Ideal. Walkable to restaurants, coffee houses and grocery store. Very quiet and safe. Fully stocked with everything you need. Host is amazing, very responsive and accommodating. Pool and on site gym were very nice and convenient. Convenient to airport and hospitals mid town Phoenix. We extended our stay 3 times! Your beautiful home away from home. We won’t stay anywhere else.

Great location. Property and amenities as described. Paula was a great host and super responsive to help ensure my stay was excellent! Underground parking was a real plus too.

The condo unit is on the top floor and is conveniently located near many restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable. The host is very conscientious and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend staying at this establishment.

We are repeat renters & have been pleased with this property & amenities in the past. Unfortunately, our last stay was inconvenienced (at 3 separate times) by a water main break. Although this was not the fault of the owner we were forced to shower & etc. elsewhere. The owner did offer use of another property but it was too late. We have asked for an adjustment of one night’s rent but have had no response. Therefore, we cannot give this property a higher rating.
