The barn comfortably accommodates four guests, with a ground-floor master bedroom featuring a 5' king-size bed, a second bedroom with a twin single beds (can be configured a 4' 6" double bed on request), and a ground-floor bathroom with a bath with waterfall shower over. Upstairs, a large open-plan room with a log burner and smart television which then opens onto a balcony with stunning country views. A fully enclosed patio by the entrance makes it a perfect space for four-legged friends.

A superb base for exploring the tranquil countryside, a footpath behind the barn leads directly onto the Sibton Estate. Peasenhall and Sibton villages are just half a mile away, offering a village pub, two butchers, a local store, and an antiques shop.
