Just a quick note: Gardenia Villa is a unique gem with independent floors that don't connect through an internal door or stairway. Each floor has its own exterior entrance, giving you the freedom to enjoy the space however you like. So pack your bags and get ready for an unforgettable vacation!

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. The pet fee is $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. Dogs are restricted to the ground floor only.
- Access to this property requires the use of stairs as shown in property photos.
- Optional pool heating costs $40 per day, $175 per week or $750 monthly. 24-hour notice is required.
