Direct Gulf Front unit. This 3-bedroom unit comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a King size bed and views of the gulf with its own sliding glass door to the balcony. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private balcony suited for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The 2nd bedroom features two doubles beds and the third bedroom has a twin. Free long distance to US and Canada and secure Wi-Fi in the condo. The property has both a heated swimming pool and hot tub along with lush tropical landscaping. This unit has an assigned Undercover Parking space.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

Very clean needs some updating but was a Great place to stat

The units bathrooms are very dated as is the kitchen. The dishwasher needed repairs and sounded like a plane taking off once fixed. The air conditioner was pre programmed to go to 80 degrees through out the day. Leaving the unit very warm. The master bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. Great beach. The arcade and bathrooms were not as pictured.
