The trailhead for Bear Creek is literally steps from your door. So close to the base of the gondola and Telluride's historic Main Street, this condo's location is guaranteed to be a family pleaser. The entry level has a King Master Suite with a large en suite bathroom and a large tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The washer dryer is conveniently located on this level as well as a guest bathroom with a steam shower.
The upper floor has high ceilings with lots of natural light. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other. The living room has a deck looking over the San Miguel River and the Town of Telluride. The fireplace will surely warm you on those cozy winter nights, or a chilly fall evening. The furniture and decor are dated, the porch and deck hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Easy to see that the people that cleaned and managed this unit didn’t care about keeping it in good shape. As a whole, the Riverside condos may need to be updated soon. If it wasn’t in Town of Telluride, I wouldn’t stay there at all.
